Summary
Brightline is a pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care provider offering virtual and in-person therapy and psychiatry services. The Care Team Program Manager/Senior Care Team Program Manager translates clinical leadership priorities into structured programs, owning planning, resourcing, and timelines. The role serves as the operational counterpart to clinical leadership and reports to the Chief Medical Officer to ensure clinical initiatives are executed effectively.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end project management for high-priority care initiatives from scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-implementation evaluation.
- Act as the single point of coordination across care projects, maintaining visibility into active and upcoming initiatives, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
- Translate care priorities into project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with operational and business objectives.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs; escalate decisions as needed to keep initiatives moving.
- Serve as the clinical stakeholder/advisor on cross-functional initiatives with Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure clinical considerations are integrated.
- Scope and integrate multidisciplinary collaboration models across coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and hybrid clinic service lines.
- Drive integration of collaboration elements into daily care team workflows and meetings.
- Establish lightweight project management frameworks suitable for a fast-moving care environment.
- Create and maintain visibility into project status, priorities, and outcomes for executive and care leadership.
- Serve as DRI for clinical initiative execution, accountable for on-time delivery and outcomes.
- Prioritize and sequence clinical projects when capacity constraints or competing timelines arise.
- Lead priority initiatives such as daytime and summer utilization programs, multidisciplinary care integration, care quality enablement (including AI tools), and clinician engagement efforts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in senior program/operations management within healthcare, digital health, care operations, or similarly complex cross-functional environments.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.
- Comfort partnering with senior care and care operations leaders; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience translating ambiguous and evolving care needs into structured operational processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed environment (preferred).
- Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level clinical leaders as an operational thought partner.
- Clinical background not required; ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in care settings is essential.
- Nice to have: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
Conditions
Compensation: annual base salary range $120,000–$180,000 plus equity (stock options); geo-based, performance and potential based compensation philosophy.
