Codesmart is seeking a QA Lead (Automation) to build and scale comprehensive test automation systems while leading a team of manual testers and automation engineers.

• Build a comprehensive test automation system from unit to end-to-end testing
• Quickly identify key steps for maximum automation coverage
• Ensure process quality, not just testing
• Optimize regression coverage in environments with large numbers of products and releases
• Lead and manage the team of manual testers and automation engineers
• Assign tasks and develop QA specialists
• Manage work processes and improve overall quality standards

• Experience in building and scaling QA processes
• Understanding of how to create maximum value with minimum effort
• Leadership skills in managing a team of QA engineers
