Senior Product Designer

Mobilunity is recruiting a Senior Product Designer for a French restaurant management software and CRM client. The role involves owning end-to-end design outcomes for key product domains, translating user insights into design solutions that drive business impact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.

• Own end-to-end design outcomes for a key product domain, from user needs discovery to final product delivery
• Translate user insights and product friction points into clear design solutions that drive business impact
• Conduct product discovery through user interviews, research, and collaboration with customer-facing teams
• Validate product ideas early through usability testing and rapid prototyping
• Create user flows, high-fidelity designs, and detailed design specifications
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions
• Balance usability, technical feasibility, and business impact when making design decisions
• Ensure high quality of the final user experience through continuous iteration with engineering teams
• Contribute to and improve the company's design system to maintain consistency and scalability
• Promote strong design thinking and user-centric decision making across product teams

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role
• Strong experience designing products in B2B SaaS environments
• Experience working across the full product development lifecycle from discovery and research to final implementation
• Ability to conduct customer interviews and user research in English
• Strong prototyping skills with Figma or similar tools and ability to quickly validate ideas
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work across multiple product squads simultaneously
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and prototyping
• Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• English Upper Intermediate and higher
