Operations Manager

Summary

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the energy sector and a strong ability to create, manage, and refine operational systems that support the evolving needs of the business. This role requires a proven leader who can work cross\-functionally across engineering, regulatory, finance, and field operations teams. A background in upstream, midstream, downstream, or renewable energy operations is preferred. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain operational standards focused on efficiency, safety, reliability, and environmental compliance * Oversee day\-to\-day business operations across multiple energy functions (e.g., drilling, production, transmission, or renewables) * Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all local, state, and federal energy regulations are met * Lead process improvement initiatives related to energy production, distribution, or storage * Monitor and manage budgets aligned with operational KPIs and strategic energy goals * Conduct annual performance reviews and lead continuous operational assessments **Qualifications** * 10\+ years of operations or general management experience within the energy industry * Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FERC, EPA, PHMSA, ERCOT, or local utility commissions) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry\-specific software (e.g., SCADA, SAP, Oracle EBS, or PI System) * Demonstrated leadership in cross\-functional environments involving engineering, field services, EH\&S, and finance * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities * Experience working with joint ventures, third\-party operators, or governmental entities is a plus We are GDPR compliant and take your privacy seriously.
