Vice President of Operations

Pack On The Go is a long-established contents management company in Florida providing full-service solutions such as packing, inventory, secure storage, and restoration coordination. The Vice President of Operations will report to the CEO and lead company-wide operational performance and profitability across two locations to support the next phase of growth.

• Oversee and unify operations across both company locations.
• Drive operational performance, profitability, and margin improvement.
• Build and refine company systems, processes, and operational infrastructure to scale the business.
• Establish accountability frameworks and performance management across teams.
• Provide leadership and organizational structure to a growing service business.
• Partner with the CEO as a company-level operational leader with full operational oversight.

• Proven senior operations leadership experience in a growing, accountability-driven service business.
• Ability to lead multi-site operations and unify teams across locations.
• Demonstrated strength in financial discipline, improving profitability, and strengthening margins.
• Experience building systems, processes, and scalable operational infrastructure.
• Leadership maturity with the ability to drive structure, performance, and accountability.

• Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 per year.

• Company-level leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

• Oversight across two locations operating approximately three hours apart.
