SMM / Content Marketing Specialist

Nucleus is seeking an SMM / Content Marketing Specialist to create and execute social media strategy, produce short-form videos, and manage content publishing across multiple platforms. This execution-focused role involves developing monthly content plans, editing videos, and supporting audience growth and engagement.

• Develop simple monthly content plans
• Create short-form videos (24 per week)
• Write captions and educational posts
• Edit videos in Reels, Shorts, and TikTok formats
• Publish content across platforms including YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and others
• Monitor basic metrics such as views, engagement, and clicks
• Suggest improvements based on performance data
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual style

Hard Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in SMM or content creation
• Experience recording and editing short-form videos
• Basic understanding of content strategy
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut and InShot
• Basic analytics understanding
