Senior Project Manager

Softsich is a fast-growing international product tech company seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage multiple teams and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong ownership, mature leadership, and hands-on experience working with product teams to manage projects end-to-end and continuously improve processes.

• Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to release
• Define timelines, plan milestones, and ensure on-time delivery
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies
• Plan and balance team capacity and resources
• Align expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Synchronize and coordinate multiple teams when needed
• Work with project tracking and planning tools (Jira)
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Hands-on experience with both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of different delivery approaches and ability to choose the right one depending on project type
• Experience scaling Scrum teams (e.g., Scrum of Scrums or similar frameworks)
• Proven experience in schedule and resource management
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC
