The Role
Lead the development and strategy of our Content Management System, driving content innovation that powers engaging gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide.
What you will be doing
- Define and execute the CMS vision and strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and gaming content needs
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to prioritize features and guide product decisions
- Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless content workflows
- Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development tasks and manage the product backlog
- Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and enhance CMS usability and performance
- Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement
What we are looking for
- Strong product management background with CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming
- Solid knowledge of CMS platforms with understanding of core functionalities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical actions
- Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Genuine passion for gaming with insights into game mechanics and player behavior
