Talent Sourcer

BetterMe is a global wellness ecosystem empowering millions to improve physically, mentally, and emotionally. We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our growing Recruiting team and proactively identify qualified candidates through various channels.

• Proactively source qualified candidates based on job requirements through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the entire hiring process
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers
• Identify new contacts and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve recruitment funnel efficiency

• 1+ years of experience as a Researcher or Sourcer
• Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms
• Proven track record in market research and data analysis
• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher
• Strong communication skills with ability to build effective relationships
• High level of self-organization, responsibility, and proactive mindset
