PSP Business development

iPlayTech is an iGaming company with 1000+ specialists and 8 successful projects operating in Tier 1-3 locations. We are seeking a Business Development / PSP specialist to expand our department and manage payment service provider relationships in the CIS market.

• Search for PSP providers in the CIS market and negotiate cooperation terms
• Conduct compliance processes and prepare necessary documentation for PSP integration
• Analyze payment systems market and evaluate reputation of payment partners
• Manage existing PSP partners and monitor conversion effectiveness
• Solve issues related to PSP provider maintenance
• Analyze competitors and understand current PSP provider landscape

• 2+ years of work experience in forex, gambling, crypto, or fintech
• Proven experience with effective PSP provider search channels (MUST)
• Strong negotiation and market analysis skills
• Understanding of legal compliance processes
• Experience working with payment processing and rebounding procedures
• Experience setting up processing for brands from scratch
• Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, and English languages (MUST)
• Conference attendance experience
• Ability to work with large volumes of data

Schedule & Location: Remote, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
