Senior Backend Developer (PHP)

Infomediji is building next-generation Spatial Media and immersive streaming technology through DeoVR. Join their web development team as a Senior Backend Developer to develop and maintain server-side applications for a global VR video streaming ecosystem where reliability and smooth performance are paramount.

• Develop and maintain server-side applications
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Develop and optimize APIs for responsiveness and efficiency
• Improve database performance through indexing, caching, and query optimization
• Enhance code quality through unit and integration testing
• Debug issues and strengthen overall app reliability
• Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience with PHP
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB or similar)
• Understanding of network and internet protocols
• Experience with Redis (nice-to-have)
• Experience with Golang is a significant plus
• English level B1+ (Intermediate+) or above

Schedule & Location: Fully remote contract role with flexible working hours and remote-first culture
