What you'll do
- Perform legal and business-related research to support attorneys.
- Draft documents and assist with preparing transactional materials.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of transactional documents.
- Support attorneys with daily requests and ongoing matter needs.
- Work with administrative staff and firm technology to help deliver high-quality legal representation.
Requirements
Four-year college degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA upon graduation.
Motivated and detail-oriented; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Availability and flexibility for overtime.
Willingness to start immediately and make an approximate two-year commitment.
