Junior Operational Analytics Specialist

Solidgate is a payments orchestration platform seeking a Junior Operational Analytics Specialist to join their Chargebackhit team. In this role, you'll connect services, monitor performance, and work with data to protect merchants from fraud and chargebacks in real time.

• Connect, test, and monitor the operation of chargeback prevention services
• Work with databases and ensure proper data management
• Actively collaborate with Analytics, Sales, and Account Management teams
• Process and respond to analytical requests from clients

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) in analytics, programming, mathematics, or related field
• Strong command of SQL and Excel
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Clear, structured communication skills
• English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

Schedule & Location: Flexible hours to balance studies and work; office in Kyiv center
