Summary
Twill is a fast-growing recruiting platform connecting top-tier talent with high-growth companies through technology and a referral network. The Talent Partner will own full-cycle candidate delivery for a focused set of searches, ensuring high-quality submissions and fast turnaround in a startup environment. This role is built for early-career, high-ownership performers who want rapid growth toward an Account Lead path.
What you'll do
- Screen and assess candidates for active searches to ensure each submission meets a high quality bar
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Manage candidate pipelines and keep searches organized and moving quickly
- Partner with Account Leads to calibrate candidate profiles and search strategy
- Package and present candidate submissions clearly and compellingly
- Integrate feedback from clients and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and improve search quality
- Build and maintain a bench of strong candidates within a niche for future roles
- Provide feedback loops to the sourcing team to improve top-of-funnel quality
- Experiment with tools, AI workflows, and automations to improve sourcing efficiency and recruiting operations
- Represent Twill professionally in all candidate interactions
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes
- 0–2 years of experience; open to recent graduates and early-career candidates
- Exposure to recruiting, sales, sourcing, or other client-facing work is a plus (not required)
- Strong written communication skills (work is largely asynchronous)
- High ownership mentality; outcome-focused
- Coachable and motivated; receptive to feedback
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously
- Comfortable experimenting with tools, AI workflows, and automation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
Conditions
- Full-time
- Fully remote; preference for candidates based in Connecticut, New York, Minnesota, Washington, Florida, or Missouri
- Compensation: $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and equity
- High-ownership environment; flexibility and autonomy with expectation to lean in during late-stage processes and quick-turnaround needs
