Senior Software Engineer

MyWorkDrive is a leading enterprise solution enabling secure remote file access without VPNs or cloud migration. As a Senior Software Developer, you will design, develop, and evolve the MyWorkDrive platform while working with a collaborative international team of engineers, product managers, and QA professionals. You will balance technical excellence with pragmatism in an agile, fast-growing company.

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the MyWorkDrive platform using C# and ASP.NET
• Integrate and maintain connections to third-party APIs and SDKs such as Microsoft Graph, Amazon S3, and OIDC-based identity providers
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver secure, high-quality features
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues in distributed and large-scale environments
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices
• Participate in peer code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to technology planning, refactoring, and modernization efforts

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET and C#
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proven experience developing, maintaining, and integrating REST APIs and external SDKs
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL optimization
• Strong debugging, diagnostic, and performance-tuning skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in distributed environments
• Clear, concise communication skills in English (B2 written and spoken)
• Preferred: .NET Core/.NET 6+, React or Angular, enterprise authentication technologies, file access or network security experience
