Human Resource Business Partner

Consilio is recruiting a Human Resource Business Partner to support an internationally recognized Am Law 100 firm in Washington, D.C. The role executes Human Capital & Talent strategies across offices and global functions to improve engagement, performance, and development. It also supports colleague well-being and helps foster an inclusive, equitable workplace culture.

• Implement Human Capital & Talent strategies focused on employee engagement, performance optimization, and professional development.
• Manage people-related projects, programs, and processes to ensure compliance and completion.
• Support department leadership with performance optimization efforts, including talent development and acquisition, resource management, and colleague training programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to office leadership and colleagues on HR topics, including employee relations and policy adherence.
• Promote effective work practices, collaborate as a team member, and demonstrate respect for co-workers.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.

• Two (2) years of additional relevant experience (preferred).

• Experience advising, guiding, and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrixed organization (preferred).

• Experience coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters (preferred).

• Status: Full-time.

• Schedule: Hybrid (2 remote days / 3 days in office).
