Senior Data Analyst

PIN-UP Global is an international company specializing in advanced technologies and B2B solutions with offices across Cyprus, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, and Malta. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive insights through advanced analytics and data-driven decision making.

• Conduct A/B test post-analysis including statistical review and deep dive
• Research insights, opportunities and growth points aligned with department KPIs
• Perform micro-segmentation and offer personalization
• Validate and prioritize hypothesis backlogs regularly
• Analyze customer behavior and product usage data across product, website and mobile app
• Monitor KPIs, set up alerting systems and investigate root causes
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests including segmentation and data exports
• Collaborate with different business streams through brainstorming sessions
• Validate data accuracy and automate recurring analysis tasks

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product or data analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL including advanced queries and window functions
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of relational database architecture (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing methods
• Skills in hypothesis validation and data-driven analysis
• Plus: Experience with Data Science tools for automating A/B test analysis
