Leadership Consultant

The ExCo Group is a global leadership development and executive coaching firm partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and boards. The Leadership Consultant will join the Account Management team to support senior leadership development engagements for iconic global companies. This is a high-exposure, high-learning role focused on coordinating complex client work and driving execution.

• Serve as the “quarterback” across multiple client engagements, managing communication and execution among clients, coaches/advisors, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Build and manage project plans, track deadlines, and drive follow-through on deliverables.
• Create polished client-facing proposals, presentations, and engagement materials independently and in partnership with Marketing as needed.
• Partner with Finance on contracting and billing processes.
• Spend significant time in Salesforce supporting sales and delivery teams.
• Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, matrixed work.

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, account management, HR/talent and leadership development, consulting, or a related field.
• Proactive and self-directed with ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working amid ambiguity.
• Collaborative, eager to learn, with strong pattern recognition and curiosity about client organizations.
• Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Salesforce experience is a plus (or other CRM experience / strong willingness to learn).

• Hybrid schedule: 2 days per week in office (depending on location).
• May be based in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
