Technical Project Manager

Performa HR is seeking a Technical Project Manager for an innovative tech-driven company building scalable digital solutions globally. The role combines engineering expertise with strategic product thinking, leveraging modern technologies and AI-driven workflows. This position is ideal for a technically strong PM who enjoys structured delivery and driving projects from idea to launch.

• Define, document, and ensure safe execution of software development projects
• Define and support project processes and scope
• Manage project resources, exceptions, and changes
• Work closely with development teams and manage team performance
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within planned efforts, schedule, and scope
• Manage client expectations and internal/external project communications
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, and mitigate project risks

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical PM
• 2-3 years of developer experience (full stack or backend web development preferred)
• Strong AI fluency: prototyping, rapid MVP building, AI-assisted research, workflow automation
• Experience with project management frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence
• Knowledge of SDLC and Scrum/Project Management concepts
• Ability to identify client business requirements and develop solutions
• Strong counseling and communication skills
• Basic business analysis skills and technical specification preparation
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Intermediate+ English proficiency
