Summary
Full Spectrum (including iFranchise Group, TopFire Media, and FranDevCo) is a portfolio of franchise growth companies providing end-to-end support to franchisors. The Creative Director (Enterprise) will serve as the senior-most creative authority, unifying and scaling creative strategy and execution across client work and corporate marketing to improve quality, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
What you'll do
- Define and steward enterprise-wide creative strategy, standards, and quality across all brands and service lines.
- Unify fragmented creative efforts into a centralized, scalable creative operation.
- Establish and enforce creative excellence across art, copy, design, and video, raising quality and consistency.
- Modernize creative operations through systems, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ensure client and corporate creative share common systems, tools, and standards while serving distinct objectives.
- Oversee creative for client engagements across iFG, TFM, and FDC to support lead generation, conversion, and sales enablement.
- Support corporate marketing across all brands with a focus on growth and demand generation.
- Lead and approve deliverables including eBrochures, websites and landing pages, discovery and overview decks, FDD review decks, sales enablement and training materials, videos, and paid media/performance ads.
- Own creative strategy and quality for enterprise sales enablement materials aligned to franchise sales processes and decision journeys.
- Set standards and direction for performance-driven creative; align to funnel objectives such as lead quality, conversion, CPL, and CTR.
- Deliver creative aligned to platform best practices (e.g., Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, video, CTV) across formats including video, image, display, and audio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, media, strategy, analytics, sales, and operations to integrate creative into growth and delivery initiatives.
- Act as a trusted creative partner to internal stakeholders and client-facing leaders; step in hands-on when needed to set the bar and resolve ambiguity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles across design, copy, digital, or integrated marketing environments.
- Proven ability to set creative vision while operating effectively in execution-focused environments.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and establishing scalable creative systems.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales enablement creative.
- Ability to balance creative excellence with operational rigor and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in franchise, multi-location, or growth-focused environments is a plus (not required).
Conditions
Full-time, remote role.
Occasional travel.
Client-facing position (not a pitching role).
Reports to SVP of Operations (Client Operations) with dotted-line partnership to SVP of Marketing; final creative authority across iFG, TFM, and FDC.
