Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork and Outreach)

Duck Agency is a no-code/low-code agency specializing in business automation systems, custom CRMs, and digital workflows. We seek a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and win new clients through Upwork and outreach initiatives.

• Apply to relevant jobs on Upwork to generate leads
• Improve and manage Upwork profile visibility and ranking
• Develop strategies to bring the Upwork account to first-page visibility
• Initiate and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Conduct cold outreach to potential clients
• Test new lead generation channels and strategies
• Take initiative to identify improvement opportunities and propose new ideas
• Track and optimize lead generation performance

• Required: Proven Upwork experience and expertise
• Understanding of Upwork platform mechanics, profile optimization, and ranking algorithms
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach (preferred)
• Cold outreach experience (preferred)
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative
• Experience with other lead generation platforms or tools (strong advantage)
• Analytical mindset to test and optimize strategies

Schedule: Flexible - Part-time or Full-time depending on skills, results, and ideas
