Human Resources Operations Coordinator

Summary

Paramount is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support key employee lifecycle processes and provide front-line HR support for its Corporate client groups. The role partners across HR Centers of Excellence (HRBPs, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Data Management, Payroll) to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

What you'll do

  • Provide front-line HR support and troubleshooting across HR programs and policies, timesheets and pay, benefits, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues with Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams while keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Create and maintain employee self-service knowledge content for MyParamount and ServiceNow in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support end-to-end onboarding by ensuring requirements are met and coordinating logistics across TA Ops, HR Data, Tech, and Facilities.
  • Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests, partnering with HRBPs, Compensation, Finance, and HR Data for approvals and accurate execution.
  • Manage end-to-end offboarding, guide employees/managers through required tasks, conduct exit interviews as needed, and ensure timely system and payroll transactions.
  • Support HRBP reporting needs including organizational charts, headcount files, and census reports; coordinate complex reporting with specialist teams.
  • Partner with HR Data on regular audits to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Support HR operational projects focused on process efficiency and improved employee experience.
  • Assist HRBP teams with client-specific projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, HR, or an administrative role (internships considered).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to assess and prioritize process improvements in a cross-functional organization.

  • Working knowledge across HR functional areas such as Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Systems & Operations, HR Compliance, and Payroll.

  • Preferred: experience with HRMS and/or customer service platforms such as SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Client-facing/interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and deliver positive experiences.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities and quick deadlines.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; comfortable partnering with senior HR and business leaders.

Conditions

  • Fully onsite, in-office 5 days per week.

  • Hiring salary range provided: $56,000–$65,000 annually (varies by geography and experience).
