**Director of Continuous Improvement** Candidate ideally located near one of these major airports * Philadelphia, PA * Atlanta, GA * Charlotte, NC * Tampa, FL * Dallas, TX **Travel:** 40\-60% **Qualifications** * 10\+ years in lean management, process improvement, or operations leadership ( **packaging/corrugated industry experience preferred** ). * 5\+ years of leadership experience managing CI teams. * Expertise in lean tools and methodologies (5S, VSM, Six Sigma, Kanban). * Proven results in project/change management. * Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. * Six Sigma or Lean certifications a plus. **About the Role** We’re seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to lead our lean transformation efforts and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role will build and lead a high\-performing team, embed lean principles into daily operations, and deliver measurable results that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maximize customer value. **What You’ll Do** * Lead and develop the continuous improvement team in collaboration with regional leadership. * Drive lean transformation strategies aligned with business goals. * Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and training on lean tools (5S, Six Sigma, Kanban). * Partner with cross\-functional teams to implement process improvements. * Establish and track KPIs to measure success of initiatives. * Present performance results and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. * Stay ahead of industry best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
