Recruiter

The Fountain Group is hiring a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly Loss Prevention roles supporting retail store locations. The role focuses on building staffing strategies, sourcing and engaging candidates, and ensuring hiring needs are met across an assigned geographic area.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly Loss Prevention roles supporting store locations
• Build staffing strategy for an assigned geographic area, including partnerships with local colleges, military, and community-based organizations
• Source, identify, engage, attract, assess candidates, and extend offers
• Develop actionable recruitment strategies and staffing plans to meet hiring needs
• Manage applicants and requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Proactively manage and maintain candidate pipelines for future needs
• Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust recruitment strategies as needed
• Ensure online recruitment posts, job descriptions, and applicant search results are current and accurate

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience
• Retail industry experience (required)
• Comfort using multiple platforms and tools (Excel, PowerBI, ATS)
• High School Diploma (required); BA or BS (preferred)

• 100% remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, EST hours
• 40 hours per week
• Contract duration: 10-11 months to start, with potential to extend or convert
• Pay: $35-$40 per hour (W2)
