Graphic designer

Bright Gaming is a digital marketing specialist in the online casino industry seeking a Graphic Design Manager to build visuals for casino site promotions. Reporting to the COO, you will develop brand designs across all touchpoints including email, affiliate creative, and website experiences. This role offers the opportunity to bring brand personality to life in a fast-paced digital environment.

• Design assets and banners for onsite promotions and email campaigns
• Develop brand character and enable adaptation across different poses and themes
• Adapt and optimize graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions for seamless visibility
• Work with the marketing team to produce affiliate banners and landing pages
• Create new website page designs and optimize existing pages
• Ensure high-quality graphics that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

• At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Ability to take an idea and turn it into a physical design
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
• Knowledge of different screen resolutions and ability to adjust designs accordingly
• Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Good spoken English and communication skills
• Proactive, meticulous, and organized approach
• Experience in creating 3D characters is a plus
• Great organization and prioritization skills
