MidSenior UI/UX Web Designer

Qoders Family is seeking a Mid-Senior UI/UX Web Designer to create modern, visually engaging websites and digital products for client projects. The role involves designing custom websites, improving existing designs, and collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

• Design custom websites for client projects with visually appealing and user-friendly layouts aligned with UI/UX best practices
• Redesign and improve existing websites to enhance aesthetics, usability, and performance
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and digital products
• Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other designers
• Present design concepts and final designs to clients with clear explanations
• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Prepare design assets, style guides, and specifications for the development team
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Support and evolve the company's visual style and brand consistency
• Analyze and improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design (agency or product environment)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Ability to create modern, clean, and visually engaging designs
• Solid UI/UX portfolio with responsive website and web application projects
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design delivery
• Strong attention to detail with pixel-perfect design skills
• Experience in Motion Design and Adobe After Effects
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with web development workflows and developer collaboration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher
• Nice to Have: Webflow and Framer experience, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
