Link building and Outreach Specialist

GrowthMate is a relationship-based link-building agency specializing in white-hat SEO services for ambitious B2B brands. As a Link Building and Outreach Specialist, you will launch cold email campaigns, manage guest post placements, and build strategic partnerships to help clients outrank competitors and generate revenue through powerful backlinks.

• Launch cold email campaigns and conduct outreach through LinkedIn, Slack, and other channels
• Search for relevant blogs and communicate with editors for guest post placements
• Launch link-building campaigns and negotiate exchanges to gather backlinks
• Work closely with content writers by creating content briefs and publishing articles on SaaS and Service blogs
• Build partnerships and collaborate with other marketers and blog editors

• Responsibility and willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills
• English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2, C1, C2) minimum
• Ability to think outside the box and be creative
• Experience in SEO, Content Writing, or Digital Marketing is a plus
• Proficiency with tools: Slack, Google Sheets/Docs, Notion, Ahrefs, Trello, Woodpecker (training provided if needed)

Schedule & Location: Remote work with flexible schedule; option to work from cozy office in Lviv if based in the city
