Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment for Customer Support roles while maintaining our strong company culture and 90%+ employee satisfaction rate.

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process with focus on high-volume hiring for Customer Support roles
• Hire for mid-level support positions including Quality Control Specialists, Team Leads, and multilingual agents
• Occasionally support hiring for entry-level roles in core teams
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' communication and problem-solving skills
• Partner with hiring managers and Operations to align on hiring needs and timelines
• Contribute to team OKRs and improve hiring efficiency using data-driven approaches
• Support vacancy promotion and employer branding initiatives with marketing team
• Ensure positive candidate experience and clear communication throughout hiring process
• Use ATS and recruitment tools to manage and streamline hiring workflows

• 1+ year of recruitment experience in an IT company or recruitment agency
• Experience hiring for non-technical roles
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment process
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and different candidate search channels
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Nice to have: Experience conducting recruitment or market research, optimizing recruitment processes, and high-volume mass hiring
