Leading Treasury Specialist

inDrive seeks a Leading Treasury Specialist to manage cash liquidity planning, bank relationships, and payment processes across group companies in various jurisdictions. The role focuses on optimizing working capital, ensuring compliance, and leveraging treasury management systems to drive financial efficiency.

• Cash Liquidity Planning: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for group companies, monitor daily cash positions, identify and mitigate cash flow risks, and collaborate on working capital optimization.
• Bank Relationship Management: Serve as primary banking contact, maintain and optimize bank account structures, negotiate banking fees and services, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Payment Processes: Oversee and improve payment workflows, ensure secure and efficient processing, and identify automation opportunities.
• Systems Management: Utilize NetSuite, Tableau, Workday, and Treasury Management System (TMS) to develop reports and dashboards providing insights into cash flows and positions.
• Project Management: Lead and participate in treasury-related projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in treasury and/or cash flow planning management
• Strong understanding of banking relationships and payment processes
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Tableau, and Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
