Mid/Senior Project Manager Web Design Agency

Zajno is a small, established web design agency of under 20 people specializing in projects across biotech, fintech, telecom, and beyond. We're seeking a Mid/Senior Project Manager to own projects end-to-end, bringing structure and process improvement while maintaining the team's creative energy. You'll work closely with designers and the leadership team, managing full project lifecycles from discovery through live operations.

• Define project objectives, timelines, resource plans, and success criteria
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable briefs for the team
• Run discovery sessions, sanity checks, and ongoing project analysis
• Present solutions and progress updates to clients
• Collect and synthesize feedback between clients and internal teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation
• Decompose scope, manage priorities, and own delivery accountability
• Audit existing processes and establish better ones where needed

• 3+ years of PM experience in a digital agency or product environment
• Fluent English written and spoken (client-facing role)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured communication skills
• Experience managing full product lifecycles from concept to launch
• Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Float, Notion, or equivalents
• Ability to lead without authority with a mentorship mindset
• Practical curiosity about AI and actively looking for ways to use it in workflow
• Genuine curiosity and drive to keep learning
• Nice to have: Background in digital marketing or experience with startups and early-stage products
