Product Designer

Summary

Vitalize is an intelligent staffing operations platform for hospitals that replaces manual workforce management with automated solutions. As the 2nd Product Designer, you'll design intuitive interfaces for nurses and clinical leaders while building scalable design systems for a rapidly growing healthcare software company.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end design for core product areas including desktop and mobile interfaces for scheduling and gap-filling; build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma with reusable components; conduct continuous user research through site visits, discovery sessions, and usability testing with nurses and clinical leaders; partner with engineering during design implementation; iterate on designs post-launch based on user feedback.

Requirements

4+ years of product design experience with complex or workflow-heavy products, ideally in B2B SaaS; strong UX instincts with high attention to detail and visual taste; experience creating design systems; comfort with user research and traveling to customer sites; ownership mindset and creative freedom; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
