Motion Designer

Verv is seeking a proactive Motion Designer to join their creative team. You'll create video creatives and promotional content for advertising campaigns while staying updated on design trends and AI tools. This role values curiosity, initiative, collaboration, and technical expertise.

• Quickly create video creatives and promotional content for advertising campaigns
• Stay updated on motion graphics, marketing design trends, and new AI tools
• Share design insights and trends with the team
• Learn new tools and processes quickly and apply them immediately in work
• Take responsibility, demonstrate proactivity, and propose creative solutions

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Figma
• Understanding of generative AI tools and their use in image or video generation

Nice to Have:

• Experience in advertising creatives, especially for social media and digital campaigns
• Experience in creative production and marketing for the Health & Fitness industry
• Deep knowledge of generative AI tools and interfaces (e.g., ComfyUI or similar platforms)
