Product Designer

Gismart is building one of the fastest-growing EdTech products in the world and seeking a Product Designer to take ownership of design initiatives. The role focuses on turning ideas into action through experimentation and delivering real impact on user experience and business results.

• Design new features and improve experiences on both web and mobile platforms
• Focus on 3 core product areas: activation, engagement, and retention
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to bring designs to life
• Conduct user and competitor research to inform design decisions
• Generate ideas, test hypotheses, and understand user behavior through research and testing

• 1+ year of experience in web or mobile design
• Strong Figma skills including auto layout, components, variables, and prototyping
• Product mindset focused on solving real user problems and driving business results
• Comfort with iterating on designs based on feedback and data
• Experience with user and competitor research
• Strong motivation to learn and grow
• Plus: Experience using AI tools for creating visuals, animation or motion design skills, B2+ English proficiency
