Senior UX Designer Experience Architecture (Complex Applications)

Tech Gadol is seeking a Senior UX Designer specializing in experience architecture for complex applications. The role focuses on transforming confusing, feature-heavy products into clear, intuitive experiences through strategic UX improvements rather than visual design.

• Analyze current user journeys to identify confusion points, navigation issues, and areas where users get lost
• Redesign information architecture, navigation structures, user flows, and guidance systems
• Create wireframes, interaction models, and prototypes focused on structure and behavior
• Develop strategies for progressive disclosure and wayfinding in dense products
• Conduct user research and testing to validate and drive structural changes
• Mentor team members and raise overall UX maturity
• Defend and explain strategic UX decisions to stakeholders

• 6+ years of UX design experience
• 3+ years working on complex, feature-heavy SaaS/web/mobile applications (enterprise tools, dashboards, creative suites)
• Strong portfolio with case studies demonstrating simplification of confusing products, including before/after flows, reduced steps, and measurable improvements
• Expertise in information architecture, user flow design, progressive disclosure, and wayfinding
• Proven user research and testing skills
• Ability to explain and defend strategic UX decisions to stakeholders
• Portfolio samples must be provided upon request
• Nice-to-have: B2B/enterprise experience and systems thinking or service design background

Schedule: Part-time, project-based contract position

Location: 100% remote
