Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Supply Chain Replenishment Planner role in the United States, focused on North America operations.

The role optimizes product availability and inventory efficiency by aligning supply and demand through analytics and cross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, customer service, and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage replenishment planning and inventory targets for assigned product categories across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Analyze supply and demand data using SAP, O9, Excel, and BI tools to improve planning accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, and Plant teams to align capacity, demand, and fulfillment priorities.
  • Monitor inventory levels, service performance, and exceptions; identify risks and define mitigation actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning processes, system usage, and data quality.
  • Document and log system improvements, user stories, and process enhancements to strengthen operational tools.
  • Communicate critical updates, risks, and performance insights to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, replenishment, or related operational roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI and planning tools such as O9 (strong plus).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in dynamic, multicultural environments.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
