Full Stack Developer (JS/TS, PST working hours)

A global digital banking company is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop new features and maintain their banking platform serving corporations and individuals in over 180 countries. The role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and CTOs to enhance the bank's platform and ensure smooth API integrations with third parties.

• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, CTO and other bank staff
• Develop new features to enhance the bank's platform
• Ensure smooth API-based integration of the bank's platform with 3rd party services
• Perform ongoing maintenance and bugfixing of proprietary production systems
• Participate in improvement of software development processes
• Co-own the bank's platform architecture and manage technical debt

• 8+ years of overall software development experience
• 6+ years of commercial backend development experience with NodeJS/NestJS/NX/TypeScript
• 3+ years of commercial frontend development experience with React/TypeScript
• Demonstrable experience improving software architectures
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Kafka, etc)
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian language
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Plus: Mentoring/leadership experience and Banking or FinTech background
