Icebreaker Agency is a web design & development agency seeking a sharp SDR/Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth across multiple platforms through strategic bidding and client outreach.
What you'll do
- Bid on relevant jobs daily across Dribbble, Behance, and other freelance platforms
- Send outreach messages to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Follow proven templates and scripts provided during training
- Report daily on bids sent, responses received, and pipeline status
Requirements
- Fluent written English
- Experience with freelance platform bidding
- Reliable internet connection
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Familiarity with web design/development services (nice to have)
Conditions
Schedule: Available approximately 4-6 hours per day
Type: Long-term role with room to grow
