Graphic Designer

Synear Foods USA, a subsidiary of Synear Food Holdings, creates authentic, convenient, high-quality frozen food products for North American consumers. The Graphic Designer role supports marketing and brand needs by developing original visual concepts and producing on-brand creative assets across digital and print channels.

• Collaborate with marketing, creative directors, and clients to interpret creative needs and present completed designs.
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Develop original visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Create and produce design assets such as logos, website graphics, social media posts, marketing materials, and other branding materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or marketing environments.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Excellent communication skills to discuss, explain, and iterate on design concepts.

• Compensation: $30–$35 per hour (converted to an estimated monthly salary value in USD).
