Project Manager

Phillips Corporation is a global manufacturing technology company supporting customers across the United States and overseas. The Project Manager, Federal Operations owns the full lifecycle of high-stakes federal machine contracts from pre-award through final completion to ensure exceptional delivery and compliance.

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal machine contracts from pre-award through completion.
• Review proposals and support pre-award activities to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Lead and command post-award meetings and ongoing customer communications.
• Orchestrate internal and external service teams to execute deliveries, inspections, and maintenance.
• Manage timelines, processes, and execution for machine deliveries and associated milestones.
• Ensure precise federal compliance, including accurate and timely submission of required forms and obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of truth for partners, vendors, and customers throughout contract execution.
• Build strong customer relationships by learning needs and driving a “Best Ever” service experience.

• Technical project management expertise, ideally in a federal operations and/or contract-driven environment.
• Strong high-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Expert-level mastery of Excel.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate vendors/partners.
• Lifelong learner mindset and willingness to improve processes and execution.

• Compensation: expected annual range $80,000 to $90,000 (converted to approximately $6,667 to $7,500 monthly).
