IT Recruiter

Admiral Studios is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT outsourcing company specializing in web development, mobile development, UI/UX, and SEO. We are seeking an IT Recruiter with strong understanding of software development to manage the full recruitment cycle independently for our team of over 60 skilled experts.

• Conduct full recruitment cycle from defining requirements to closing vacancies
• Search for and select relevant candidates on various job platforms
• Perform candidate sourcing using cold outreach techniques
• Conduct screening interviews to identify top talent meeting company needs
• Maintain close communication with technical teams
• Support candidates and provide feedback throughout all hiring stages
• Maintain and manage candidate database

• 0.5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Experience closing both tech and non-tech roles
• Proven sourcing experience via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and other job boards
• Ability to conduct effective screening interviews
• Knowledge of IT technologies and software development
