Summary

Jobgether is hiring on behalf of a partner company for a Director of Employee Experience & Culture in the United States. This strategic leadership role shapes the end-to-end employee experience and organizational culture while overseeing both employee experience and talent acquisition. The purpose is to build scalable people programs that improve engagement, performance, retention, and growth in a fast-growing environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead and evolve the employee experience strategy across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, engagement, retention).
  • Advise executive leadership on culture, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives.
  • Oversee Employee Experience & Culture and Talent Acquisition functions, providing strategic direction and supporting execution.
  • Develop and implement scalable people programs (career pathing, performance management, leadership development, recognition).
  • Partner with managers to support employee relations, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Strengthen and measure culture through engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data-driven insights.
  • Guide talent acquisition strategy to ensure efficient, scalable recruiting and strong candidate experience.
  • Oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and systems for a growing services organization.
  • Define and monitor people metrics (engagement, retention, recruiting effectiveness, leadership development outcomes).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, employee experience, talent acquisition, or related people leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and organizational initiatives.
  • Experience supporting a growing services, consulting, or government contracting organization (preferably small to mid-sized).
  • Expertise in talent acquisition strategy, employee engagement, HR programs, and organizational development.
  • Strategic, hands-on builder mindset with ability to implement scalable programs.
  • Experience partnering with executives to influence business strategy through people initiatives.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms; Paylocity preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Conditions

  • Location: United States (city not specified).

  • Compensation: Competitive base salary ($150,000–$175,000) plus bonus opportunities.
