Senior Human Resources Generalist

TradingView is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Spanish labor law, managing international employee documentation, and leading HR administrative functions for a growing global team.

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycle with external partners and oversee social security movements
• Support annual salary and bonus reviews
• Draft employment contracts aligned with Spanish labor law and Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Manage right-to-work verifications and visa/residency status for international employees
• Lead administrative onboarding and offboarding, including settlements, exit documents, and equipment retrieval
• Maintain HR database, track metrics such as turnover and absenteeism
• Partner with Jira team to automate workflows
• Lead annual HR audits and manage diversity and equality compliance

• 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
• Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor law, payroll procedures, and benefit management
• Bilingual fluency: Professional-level Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential data
• Experience with Jira or workflow automation tools is a plus
• Experience in finance or trading domain preferred
• Familiarity with TradingView as a product preferred
