Senior Product Designer

Lazarev.agency is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, visually premium AI-native products for B2B and fintech companies. The role involves designing complex features with craft and clarity, balancing business outcomes with obsessive attention to detail and user experience.

• Design interfaces that are both beautiful and usable, making AI features visible, compelling, and fun to use
• Create smooth transitions, celebratory feedback, and smart tips that enhance user experience
• Explore bold visual directions and refine them into shippable products
• Prototype interactions to sell ideas and validate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with design leads, developers, and clients to ship high-quality work
• Translate business context into product logic and product logic into pixels

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar product design position
• Ability to explore multiple visual directions and ideate flows on-the-go
• Portfolio with modern, high-quality interfaces including B2B, fintech, or AI products (required)
• Strong visual craft with attention to details that make interfaces feel polished
• Solid UX thinking ability to turn complex logic into clear flows and design for adoption
• Figma fluency and proficiency
• Advanced English skills, comfortable with cross-team communication and international stakeholder interactions
• Nice to have: familiarity with AI interfaces, fintech background, design systems experience, motion design or advanced prototyping skills
