Snowflake Expert / Architect

QAtronic is seeking a Snowflake Expert/Architect to lead data migration and modernization initiatives. The role involves migrating data processing pipelines, datasets, and Streamlit applications between Snowflake instances while implementing new components and ensuring critical data structures are available for business applications.

• Migration of data processing pipelines and datasets between two Snowflake instances
• Reverse engineering of existing solutions to assess modification requirements and implement adjustments
• Migration of Streamlit applications (native Snowflake) alongside data and pipelines
• Implementation of new components including code, data structures, and Snowflake cross-account data sharing mechanisms
• Re-creation of existing data processing framework on new Snowflake account
• Ensure all data structures required for critical applications and Power BI reports are available in new Snowflake account with supporting pipelines
• Close collaboration with Power BI specialist on semantic models and report prioritization

Primary Skills:

• Snowflake (preferred) or other cloud data warehouse solutions
• SQL
• Data layering
• Stored procedures, Cursors, Dynamic SQL, Window functions, Recursive queries
• C# development
• ETL - Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools
• Data pipeline design
• REST API and OAuth
• Semi-structured data processing
• File processing (JSON, XLSX, CSV, PARQUET)
