Giga is a Voice AI startup building real-time AI agents for enterprise customer experience and automation, with paying customers including DoorDash. The Software Engineer (New Grads) role focuses on building backend systems that power AI agents, spanning data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure to ship impactful features.

• Build and ship backend systems that power AI agents, including data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure.
• Develop features for Atlas, such as charts and alerts in Slack, natural language queries, and resource management capabilities.
• Create activity stream and log visualization tooling with filters, timestamps, and frequency charts to improve visibility into agent behavior.
• Implement dynamic knowledge features that auto-update time-based information (e.g., incidents) from external sources like status pages.
• Work on agent memory capabilities, including conversation awareness and recent interaction lookups to preserve context across sessions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on larger initiatives while owning smaller projects end-to-end as you ramp up.

• Graduating or recently graduated with a CS degree or equivalent background.

• Internship experience or significant projects demonstrating production-quality code.

• Ability to take a problem, determine an approach, and unblock yourself when stuck.

• Bias toward shipping while maintaining quality.

• Interest in working at a startup with meaningful responsibility early.
