TrueGroup is launching a new standalone direction focused on affiliate lead generation and partner networking. This Affiliate Lead Generator role emphasizes first contact, relationship-building, and lead generation with strong focus on personal presentation and networking ability. The position involves representing the company at international events and building connections with potential partners.

• Generate a steady flow of new affiliate leads
• Establish first contact with potential partners online and offline
• Warm up and pre-qualify partners before handoff to the Affiliate team
• Actively communicate with affiliates via messengers, social platforms, and email
• Attend international industry events (e.g., Sigma, SBC, etc.) and participate in live networking
• Represent the company in a professional, confident, and engaging manner

• Well-groomed, presentable, modern appearance
• Confident and comfortable in public and online communication
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and naturally
• Comfortable with networking, live conversations, and follow-up messaging
• Good conversational English (spoken communication is essential)
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally
