Tangem is seeking a Senior Product Owner to shape and scale their crypto wallet product. This strategic role combines product thinking with deep crypto market understanding to define what gets built and why.

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog management
• Identify and validate new opportunities including features, integrations, and partnerships
• Research market trends, competitors, and emerging blockchain ecosystems
• Evaluate build priorities based on user value, growth, and long-term impact
• Translate complex crypto concepts into simple and secure user experiences
• Lead initiatives from discovery through production launch
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and compliance teams
• Analyze product metrics and continuously improve outcomes

General Requirements:

• 3-5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills
• Experience with product discovery and delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration and execution ability
• Data-driven mindset with understanding of key product metrics
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and build team alignment
• High ownership and accountability for outcomes

Crypto / Web3 Requirements:

• Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, DeFi, or Web3 products
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, tokens, gas, swaps, and bridges
• Understanding of custody versus self-custody and on-chain user flows
• Ability to evaluate new chains and trends from a product perspective
• Strong awareness of wallet landscape and evolving UX patterns
