Summary
Industrial Color (a division of CoCreativ) is hiring a Graphic Designer - Global Creative to support a leading beauty client in developing high-impact creative for product launches and key brand moments. The role leads brand campaign design across print and digital, ensuring work meets brand standards and supports business goals through end-to-end execution.
What you'll do
Report to the Director, Global Creative.
Lead high-level design and brand campaigns across print and digital, overseeing 360º delivery for launches and key brand moments.
Oversee projects from concept through execution, incorporating cross-functional feedback and managing timelines.
Partner with Global Zones to identify creative needs and provide design support.
Collaborate with outside agencies to supplement cross-functional needs.
Provide artistic direction for photo shoots and give post-production feedback.
Communicate concepts via visual comps and/or interactive prototypes.
Manage and mentor designers.
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design and/or equivalent experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty-focused design thinking and solutions to business problems.
Expert knowledge of design principles including typography, color, and page layout.
Sharp eye for design and typography with attention to detail and ability to uphold brand visual standards.
Skills in project management, creative leadership, cross-functional collaboration, concepting, execution, and oversight.
Experience directing photo shoots and providing post-production feedback.
Ability to communicate concepts using comps and/or interactive prototypes.
Experience with people management and mentoring a team of designers.
Beauty and/or luxury industry experience preferred.
Experience in a highly productive creative environment.
Software: Expert Adobe Creative Suite (especially Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); strong Mac/system knowledge with basic Mac/PC troubleshooting; PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams are a plus.
Conditions
Hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely.
Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.

Salary range stated as $90,000-$105,000 annually (converted to monthly in salary field).
