Summary
Google is hiring a Recruiter for Platforms and Devices to build teams across a unique intersection of hardware, software, and AI. This role guides candidates through the hiring process, partners closely with hiring managers, and uses data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
What you'll do
Partner with leaders across multiple client groups (e.g., Android Ecosystem and Chrome, Devices and Services, Apps, Information and Research (AIR), Photos and Google One, SREs, Commercial and Strategy Operations).
Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake and market mapping through offer negotiation and closing.
Execute advanced sourcing and creative recruiting strategies for specialized areas including hardware/silicon engineering, Kernel development, and AI/ML software engineering.
Use recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring health, and provide actionable recommendations to hiring managers.
Requirements
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.
2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
Preferred: 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting within a hardware or software engineering environment.
Preferred: 3 years of experience negotiating complex compensation packages in a competitive tech talent market.
Preferred: Ability to act as a strategic talent advisor, build strong partnerships, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred: Strong accountability, work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Conditions
Full-time role.
Not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.
Working location preference available: Atlanta, Chicago, Mountain View, New York, or Seattle.

Compensation includes base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits (range varies by location/level).
