Delphi Developer

Newxel is seeking a skilled Delphi Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise-level records management applications. You will collaborate with teams in Ukraine and the U.S. to develop new products and improve existing solutions for a global enterprise software provider.

• Collaborate with Ukraine team and parent company to gather requirements, set goals, and meet deadlines
• Work closely with Web UI developers
• Contribute to architecture and design of new products and components
• Develop data server components for web applications and desktop client applications
• Maintain and enhance existing products
• Research and evaluate new technologies as needed

• 5+ years of experience with Borland/Embarcadero Delphi 2010 or newer (VCL, WinAPI, Multithreading, Windows & Web services)
• Strong OOP knowledge and proven client-server application development experience
• Experience with databases (MS SQL, Oracle preferred)
• Familiarity with DevExpress and RemObjects components
• Ability to research, analyze tasks, and propose implementation concepts independently
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
• Solid understanding of UI best practices
• Knowledge of secure coding principles (Positive Security Model, OWASP)
